Jury found 2017 Charlottesville rally organizers owe more than $25 million in punitive damages

New York, NY, November 23, 2021 … ADL (the Anti-Defamation League) today celebrated the jury’s verdict in the civil lawsuit against the organizers of the 2017 “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Va. in which the plaintiffs were backed by ADL partner Integrity First for America (IFA).

“We welcome the jury’s verdict today that found the defendants liable in four counts and awarded more than $25 million in punitive damages,” said Jonathan Greenblatt, ADL CEO. “This was one of the most important cases against extremists in modern history; it exposed the depths of hate that motivated the defendants and impaired their ability to take further action. We thank our partners at Integrity First for America for expertly and persistently pursuing justice, sending an important message to extremists everywhere that we will hold them accountable.”

Plaintiffs in IFA’s suit included a Christian minister, students at the University of Virginia, and other local community members injured August 11 and 12, 2017 during the “Unite the Right” violence. The lawsuit named as defendants two dozen white supremacists and neo-Nazis, including Richard Spencer, Jason Kessler, Christopher Cantwell, Identity Evropa, Vanguard America, League of the South, and more. Sines v. Kessler, which alleges that the defendants violated the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871, the Civil Rights Act of 1866, and various other statutes, uniquely used the justice system to take on the leaders of America’s white supremacist movement.

ADL supported this work as part of its long history of fighting bigotry, hate, and bias. As part of this partnership, ADL donated $100,000 in support of Integrity First for America’s legal work; donations to IFA support critical case needs, including security and evidence collection. Additionally, ADL’s Center on Extremism, which is a clearinghouse of up-to-the minute information about extremism of all types, offered consulting services to IFA, and ADL joined IFA’s board.

ADL’s Center on Extremism has identified many of the individuals and groups behind the original Charlottesville rally, and documented how the event was part of a four-year resurgence in white supremacist activity that has included rampant dissemination of hate propaganda and a broader series of violent attacks occurring since.

If they had been NIGGERS (think of j simpson) the defendants would have gotten into their million dollar SUV and gone and gotten cookies and cream flavored ice cream and will never, ever, worry about this draconian throw of poison at THE WHITE RACE!!!!

I truly hope that I live long enough to see The Day Of The Rope And The Rifle!!!!!!

Yes, I also look forward to Rope and Rifle Day.

Anti-whites will get their punishment.

Considering how the World is dominated by the Globalist Left, it seems fanciful to think about it, but impossible things were impossible until the moment someone arrived and made it happen.

Somebody said that the guy with the Dodge was a jew. He had an ounce of jew in him.
Is that true? Did somebody BRING THE PROBLEM with us?
And then go figure that it all impoded.

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO, is let a jew in.
EVEN ONE THAT THINKS that its White.

It it will BY INSTINCT, just by ounce of jew blood,
KNOW what to do to derail us getting organzied and fixing the jew problem.
There ARE NO GOOD ONES. They CANT be. By single ounce of it.

You would just have to AUTOMATICALLY KNOW,
that there is an EXISTANTIAL ULTERIOR MOTIVE anyway,
to a jew wanting to hang around with White nationalists.

Default Almost six years later, the jews are still hunting WNs from Unite the Right

This event was a setup from the start. The White Nationalists had all the legal permits and their event was declared an unlawful assembly. Why? Because the violent marxists, who had no permit, were allowed to do as they pleased. Now this Soros-backed DA is charging more WNs with bullshit. Anyone that thinks the law is fair and balanced today is certifiably mentally ill.

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Nearly six years after a large gathering of white nationalists in Charlottesville erupted in violent clashes with counterprotesters, a grand jury in Virginia has indicted multiple people on felony charges for carrying flaming torches with the intent to intimidate.

The Albemarle County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office said in a news release that the indictments relate to an event on Aug. 11, 2017. That’s when a group of white nationalists carrying torches marched through the campus of the University of Virginia, some chanting, “Jews will not replace us.”

Commonwealth’s Attorney James Hingeley did not say in the release how many people have been indicted and did not immediately return a call and email seeking comment on Tuesday. According to electronic court records, the indictments against three people have been unsealed, including William Zachary Smith, of Nacona, Texas; Tyler Bradley Dykes, of Bluffton, South Carolina; and Dallas Medina, of Ravenna, Ohio.

Each is charged with a single count of burning an object with the intent of intimidating a person or group of people. The charge carries a maximum penalty of up to five years in prison.

Smith’s attorney, Cody Villalon, declined to comment when reached by phone Tuesday. Dykes and Medina do not have the name of any attorneys listed in electronic court records.

The indictments, which were issued in February but only recently unsealed, come almost six years after violence broke out during two days of demonstrations by the largest gathering of white nationalists in a decade.

Clashes began on the night of Aug. 11, 2017, during the torch march, and continued the following day, when a “Unite the Right” rally was planned. James Alex Fields Jr., a white supremacist from Maumee, Ohio, rammed his car into a crowd of counterprotesters, killing one woman and injuring dozens. Fields is serving a life sentence for murder and hate crimes.

Prosecutors said the indictments were issued “as part of a criminal investigation that is active and ongoing,” adding they work with law enforcement to investigate, analyze applicable laws, and bring charges “when appropriate.”

“This is our process regardless of how much time has passed or where the alleged offenders may be found,” they said.

Former President Donald Trump set off a firestorm of criticism when he said there were “very fine people on both sides” of the clashes between white nationalists and anti-racist demonstrators in Charlottesville.

Democrat Communist Coup Intensifies: Soros Prosecutor Jim Hingeley Indicts Charlottesville Tiki Torch Demonstrators—Six Years (!) Later

04/20/2023

The Democrat Party’s communist coup against the Historic American Nation intensifies—not just the lawless indictment of President Trump, the disgraceful Douglass Mackey / Ricky Vaughn political meme judicial lynching and the Garland Justice Department’s recent announcement that it intends to prosecute/ persecute an outrageous further thousand patriots over the January 6 Capitol Insurrection Hoax, but now the felony charges against participants in the famous 2017 Charlottesville Tiki Torch march. (N.B. This was not the next day’s Democrat-mugged Unite the Right meeting to protest the destruction of the Robert E. Lee statue—just the previous night’s demonstration, which was purely political and passed off without any serious incident.)

Default Charlottesville judge's ex-wife arrested on child porn, planning to sexually abuse 8 year old girl

The judge in question is Joel Hoppe, who has ruled against WNs involved in Unite the Right in Charlottesville on many occasions. His twisted cunt ex-wife has worked with kids in the past. Fucking sick, sick, sick.

https://nypost.com/2023/04/21/virgin...th-child-porn/

A federal judge in Virginia has asked for full custody of his two young daughters after his socialite ex-wife was charged with distribution of child pornography and attempted child sex trafficking of an 8-year-old girl.

Eleanor Hunton Hoppe, 45, who comes from a prestigious law family in Richmond, was caught in an FBI sting last month after sending an undercover agent a 30-second video containing explicit child sexual abuse, along with messages about other sickening pedophile activities.

She was arrested after agreeing to meet the agent with his fictitious 8-year-old daughter at a hotel in Warrenton, Virginia, where she allegedly planned to abuse the girl.

Eleanor’s ex-husband, Joel Hoppe, a magistrate judge in the Western District of Virginia, has since filed for full custody of their daughters, ages 10 and 12, according to documents filed to the Albemarle Circuit Court on March 23.

The exes had previously agreed to joint custody following their divorce in 2021, which took place after Joel accused his then-wife of looking for sex with other men and women.

In his latest court filing, Joel wrote: “The criminal charges, the facts underlying the charges, and the consequences of the charges constitute a material change in circumstances regarding custody, visitation, spousal support and child support.”

Representatives for Eleanor and Joel did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.

Eleanor Hoppe — pictured with one of her daughters — was accused of texting an undercover agent to share this “taboo parenting.”

Eleanor — whose family led the state’s second-largest law firm of Hunton, Andrew, Kurth — was taken into custody on March 16 after she began chatting with the undercover agent, who was based in Washington D.C.

Officials said Eleanor reached out to the agent about “taboo parenting,” directing him to a social media app that encrypts messages.

The messages, which appear to begin on February 23, show that Eleanor allegedly asked for details about how the agent was supposedly abusing his daughter.

Officials allege that Eleanor has shown interest in traveling to Washington to help the man abuse the fictitious child, and agreed to meet him at a hotel on March 12.

“I can’t wait and then of course, putting her to bed and waking her up to do a few extra things will be so fun,” Hoppe wrote to the agent.

Prior to the meeting, Eleanor also told the agent that she had a pink “big girl robe” ready for the child as she also sent him the child porn video.

After being arrested, Eleanor claimed that she was there to find and rescue the undercover agent’s daughter, according to court records.

Police, however, conducted a search of her car and found the pink silk robe, silk underwear and a pink child’s bag containing lubricant.

Eleanor worked in special events with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Blue Ridge, according to the Daily Progress. The executive director there told the outlet that she had passed a background check and left the organization three years ago.

Her LinkedIn also noted that she worked for two years as a victim’s advocate in the office of the Richmond commonwealth’s attorney about 20 years ago.

Eleanor allegedly tried to use her family's name to get a pretrial release from prison.
